Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery Phases
Processing Time: This stage includes order verification, assembly, and other preparation steps before shipping. The time may vary based on your location and our efficiency. Shipping Time: Shipping begins after processing and depends on the shipping method chosen and your destination. Please note that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
During busy seasons or promotional periods, deliveries might take longer.
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall estimated delivery time is a combination of both processing and shipping times.

Tracking Your Package
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package directly on our website.
- Some carriers may take 5-7 business days to update tracking details. If there are no updates after 10 business days, please contact [email protected].
Shipping Delays
If your order isn’t delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. If unexpected delays occur, reach out so we can assist. We aim to reply within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please thoroughly check the delivery area. Next, reach out to the shipping carrier to report the issue. If you still need help, email us at [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately if any errors occur.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Drinkwears is not liable for customs fees in cases where: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without guaranteeing a refund.
