Order Changes & Exchanges
Please make sure to double-check your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming. Because we strive to process orders quickly, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if the issue is due to incorrect choices like size, design, or address.
However, if you notice an error, you have 6 hours from placing the order to cancel and place a new one. If you have any questions before making a purchase, feel free to reach out. Your satisfaction is our top concern.
Canceling Orders
You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to cancel. If you request a cancellation outside this timeframe, your order may already be processing or in transit.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply to any canceled orders. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected].
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, all orders are considered final, and refunds are not available.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Design differs from what was ordered
- Size or material doesn’t match the order
- Incorrect product was delivered
- Product description does not match the received item
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered
- Defects must be due to a mistake on our end
- Original tags must be attached
- Minor imperfections like loose threads are not eligible

- Shipping label/receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Documentation of defects
- Relevant email communications
Return and Refund Process

- Note: Refunds are only issued once we confirm that the return is eligible.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will not be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once we’ve received your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed. We’ll notify you via email upon receiving your package and will promptly issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.

- Next, contact your credit card company as processing can take some time.
- Refunds typically take 10-15 days to appear, depending on your card provider’s policies.
- If you’ve done the above and still see no refund, please email [email protected], and we will respond within 2-3 business days.

- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from delivery. After this period, orders are considered final, and refunds will not be provided.
- Items are eligible for return/exchange only within the 30-day window. Returns are free of additional fees, except for return shipping costs paid by the customer.
- We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit or those made without proper communication.
